SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for most products are calculated based on the total weight of the order placed. Shipping costs for original artwork is based on its weight plus the insured value of the art.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Additional shipping charges to destinations outside the United States will apply. If you place an order with an international shipping destination, we will charge your credit card the additional amount after we ship your product. If you would like an estimate of the additional shipping charge, please e-mail us prior to placing your order.
DELIVERY TIME
Most of our standard shipping within the United States is 3-7 business days with the United States Postal Service First-Class Mail Packages or Parcel Post (read more at: www.usps.com/all/shippingandmailing).
Items purchased as “pre-order” products will have an estimated ship date based on when they become available. The latest release date information that we have for the item will be on its product information page.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with a shipping and estimated delivery date.

We are not responsible for any weather or service delays.
We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from the adventures of hannah are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order.
RESTRICTIONS
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions to some destinations. You will be notified while placing your order if we are unable to ship to the address you've requested.
