The adventures of hannah will accept most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. If you need to return an item, please call us immediately at 310.386.3988 so that we may guide you through our returns process.
The adventures of hannah is not responsible for products damaged, delayed or lost during shipping. Products damaged or lost during shipping can be reported to the adventures of hannah for consideration of re-issue. Re-issue of products damaged or lost during shipping will be made after the adventures of hannah verifies damages or loss and investigates cause. Purchaser is responsible for returning damaged products to the adventures of hannah prior to re-issue.
The adventures of hannah does not accept returns on products shipped outside the United States, artwork, or gifts.
The purchaser is refunded in cases when a package is returned as undeliverable.
Refunds are processed after we receive your returned product, and we investigate the cause for return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The amount of your refund is dependent on the condition of the item returned, and the results of our investigation as to the cause of the return.
